Responding to popular demand, Heather Came & Associates is running another online version of our Critical Tiriti Analysis Workshop.
Critical Tiriti Analysis (CTA) is a practical tool to strengthen Te Tiriti compliance within policy making, planning and practice. This workshop introduces the key ideas of retrospective and prospective CTA planning and review. Revision on Te Tiriti and its application is embedded in CTA workshops to build a shared understanding of the Māori text. The origins of CTA is shared with learners and current scholarship in the area. This practical workshop strengthens critical thinking and models collaboration as learners “learn by doing” a retrospective CTAs on an existing policy. The workshop concludes by walking through how to apply CTA prospectively on forthcoming work.
